Location: Lancaster, PA
Hours: Part Time (24 hours per week), Nights (7pm-7am), on-call requirements, rotating weekends and holidays.
Up to $15,000, prorated based on FTE. 2-year commitment. Eligibility: 15+ months RN experience, external candidates only.
Our Emergency Department treats 300-400 patients daily, addressing a wide range of issues from minor to life-threatening. Lancaster General Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, recently expanded its ED to include 95 beds, including behavioral health and pediatric beds.
The RN is responsible for providing safe, competent care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring quality patient outcomes across all age groups, from infants to the elderly.
