Job Overview

This role serves as a leader in patient care, utilizing the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. Responsibilities include delegating, directing, and assisting licensed and ancillary team members, ensuring quality patient outcomes, respecting diversity, and supporting departmental goals. The nurse demonstrates professional responsibility and upholds the company's nursing philosophy.

Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: None required.
  • Certifications: Valid RN license, BLS from AHA, CPI within 30 days, ACLS and PALS within 90 days; specialty certifications preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Good judgment and interpersonal skills.
