Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care in a 26-bed Emergency Department, prioritizing safety and quality. Night shifts with differential offer a structured environment within a primary stroke center.

Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department, treating patients of all ages with a focus on safety and quality.
Assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients' families. Educates patients on managing their conditions, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Promotes patient and family-centered care, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and participates in professional development activities. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations. Maintains clear communication across care teams and documents care plans effectively.
Requires an RN license and a nursing diploma or associate degree; a bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience are preferred. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism. Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills are essential.
