The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe patient care using the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within scope of practice, guides patient and family teaching, and supervises other nursing staff in Telemetry. The RN is directly accountable for patient care in the Emergency Department, communicating with physicians about clinical changes, diagnostic results, and symptoms. Must respond quickly to changes in patient condition and be knowledgeable about EMTALA regulations and reporting abuse. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.

Salary range: $48.65 to $65.40 per hour. Final offer depends on experience, education, and credentials.
