Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Adult Emergency Department at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. The role is part-time, mid shift, with a 24-hour schedule and every-other weekend with rotating holidays.

The RN will provide comprehensive patient care, participate in care planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining MA licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed as Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, spiritual, safety and age-related needs.
• Assume responsibility for the plan of care from assessment through evaluation.
• Collaborate with the health care team and stay compliant with regulatory standards while maintaining MA RN licensure.
