Job summary

Atrium Health Pineville Emergency Department is a high-acuity facility that sees all ages and is a primary stroke & STEMI center, including 35 ED treatment rooms and extensive imaging and support services. We seek a Registered Nurse with a nursing degree, RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and 6 months RN experience.

• 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates.

Where You Will Work:

Atrium Health Pineville Emergency Department is a high acuity facility that sees all ages and is a primary stroke & STEMI center, includes 35 Emergency treatment rooms, three resuscitation rooms and 6 holding rooms, 4-bay Triage area, 3 Landing Zone rooms, Imaging Services to support the ED (CT, Ultrasound and X-ray) Lab, Social Work, Geriatric, and Pharmacy Services.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing




• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates




• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices




• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association




• ACLS required within 6 months of hire




• 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred
