Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Navicent Health Medical Center Emergency Department in Macon, GA. This part-time role (0.6 FTE, 24 hours per week) supports 7p-7a shifts across two per week with competitive pay and benefits eligibility.

The RN will assess, plan, and coordinate patient care, using evidence-based practice to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program required.

Pay Range

$38.20 - $57.30

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Emergency Room experience is preferred

What You’ll Do

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center is a nationally recognized academic medical center, nationally-verified Level 1 Trauma Center, Magnet ® hospital for nursing, and serves a service area of 30 counties and a population of nearly 750,000 persons.
