Registered Nurse (RN)- Emergency Department

Join to apply for the Registered Nurse (RN)- Emergency Department role at Lifepoint Health.

This position is full-time, offering variable 12-hour shifts with every other weekend rotation, and includes a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.

Department/Unit Summary

Our Emergency Department, a Level 1 Trauma Unit, offers 37 beds for emergent care, an accredited Cath Lab, a primary stroke center, and advanced triage capabilities to reduce ER wait times. Support staff includes unit clerks, surgical techs, emergency services techs, and 24-hour departmental supervision.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS within one year
• PALS within 3 years
• Actively pursuing CEN within 3 years
• 6 months acute care or emergency medicine experience (CST, LPN, Paramedic)
• Trauma Nurse Course preferred
