Job description

Role: Responsible for providing direct clinical care in the Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care to patients. Coordinate patient care based on the nursing process, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and quality standards. Support emergency protocols, including hospital incident command responsibilities and emergency codes. Fulfills related duties as needed to maintain optimal patient outcomes and unit operations.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold current licensure and CPR certification. A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
