Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking Emergency Department nurses to join a Level III Trauma Center team in Beverly, MA. The ED operates 24/7 with physicians and mid-levels, a children’s hospital presence, and specialized zones.

The role emphasizes compassionate care across cardiac, pediatric, OBGYN, and respiratory emergencies. Candidates should have MA RN license and current BLS/ACLS; TNCC and PALS may be obtained after hire.

Qualifications

• Emergency Nursing experience strongly preferred.
• MA RN license; (AHA)BLS, (AHA)ACLS can be obtained after hire and PALS can be obtained after hire.
• TNCC preferred can be obtained after hire.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Located 35 miles northeast of Boston, Beverly is a postcard community highlighting all that New England has to offer and more! Beverly Hospital Emergency Department is a Level III Trauma Center, Gold Stroke Certified and Emergent Percutaneous Cardiac Intervention Center. We serve as the primary point of entry for patients to access these services. The department is always staffed with engaged Emergency Medicine Board Certified Physicians and Mid-Level Clinicians 24/7, and a Children's Hospital Emergency Physician during prime hours. The department consists of 33 private exam rooms within 3 separate zones to provide specialized care which includes: 2 major trauma rooms, 6 negative pressure rooms, pediatric rooms, fast-track, and a 10-bed secured behavioral health area. The emergency department can serve many needs, i.e., cardiac, pediatric, OBGYN, orthopedic, and respiratory emergencies. Security is stationed in the Emergency Department waiting area. A 3-room Triage staffed 24/7 by a nurse, and Medical Provider during prime hours. This area can be utilized for rapid interventions, vertical flow/one touch patients, and rapid medical screenings. Triage nurses assigned triage acuity level for each ambulatory patient based on ESI. Ancillary staff are made up of ED Technicians, Administrative Associates, Mental Health Technicians, and Security. We are also able to support our patients with Behavioral Health emergencies with BILH Crisis Screeners and Recovery Coach Supports.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $36.00 - $79.12
