Procedures would include but not limited to: Electro-Physiology studies, Tilt Table studies, Ablations, Trans-Septal Ablations, Cardiac Rhythm Management device Implants and programming, left atrial appendage procedures and other structural heart procedures performed in the OR Hybrid environment. As a cardiovascular team member, is responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of services and clinical care tasks associated with and in accordance with the standards of excellence established by Riverside Health System policy and procedures. **What you will do** * Demonstrates ability to assess patient clinical ands psychosocial needs by applying standards of practice as it relates to the specialty or patient population served.* Partners with patients and families to develop, implement and evaluate plan of care, treatments and procedures that contribute to the physiological and psychosocial outcomes of the patient. Assesses and incorporates evidence-based standards of practice. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team in the coordination care.
