Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services seeks an RN Educator specializing in Diabetes and Nutrition to educate inpatients and outpatients. The role involves developing care plans, monitoring responses, and adjusting treatments while educating patients and families on disease management.

The position requires an RN license, a nursing diploma/associate's degree, and at least 2 years of RN experience with diabetes exposure; CDCES or a Bachelor's in Nursing plus diabetes education

Qualifications
