Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a registered nurse to independently utilize the nursing process for safe, therapeutic, and efficient patient care. You will deliver individualized care within a coordinated team along with physicians, staff, and the patient's family, while complying with the California Nurse Practice Act.

Ideal candidates will hold a California RN license, BLS/ACLS and NIHSS/PALS within timeframes, and have experience in an Emergency Department setting.

Responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients based on policies and procedures. Delivers individualized quality patient care through a coordinated team approach with physicians, staff, other departments and the patient's family. Complies with the California Nurse Practice Act, Article 2, Section 2725 of the Business and Professions Code.

• 1-Year Emergency Department experience
