Job Details

• Duration: 06/02/2025 - 09/06/2025
• Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Schedule: 3 Days Per Week, 36 Hours Per Week
• Additional Notes: Every other weekend, holidays required, no on-call. Must have at least one full year of ED experience, preferably as a traveler.
• Pay Range: $65-$70/hr

Job Summary

• Deliver care to patients in emergency situations across all age groups.
• Provide specialized services handling trauma and emergency cases.
• Assess physical and mental health conditions quickly and accurately, prioritize treatment.
• Demonstrate quick decision-making, strong assessment skills, trauma handling capabilities.
• Support patients and coordinate with hospital staff in high-stress scenarios.

Qualifications & Skills

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
• BLS (AHA), ACLS, Telemetry, PALS, NIHSS, CEU Contact Stroke (4 hours)
• ED experience within the past six months, minimum one full year of ED experience
• Clinical knowledge and analytical ability for care planning
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and staff
