Job summary

Hartford HealthCare's MidState Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse for the Acute Behavioral Health Unit in the Emergency setting. Primarily nights with days available. Behavioral Health experience preferred.

You will join a team focused on high-quality patient care, supported by Nurse Residency program and tuition reimbursement, along with comprehensive benefits.

Licensed RNs in Connecticut with BSN preferred and the ability to manage multiple priorities are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing in the Acute Behavioral Health Unit in the Emergency setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Follow the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
