Qualifications
- ADN required; Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License required upon hire.
- BSN preferred; MN may be required for some units.
- Knowledge of nursing process and clinical enteral care; BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provide age-specific nursing care using the nursing process.
- Deliver safe, effective care with strong clinical outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Develop professionally and contribute to nursing practice.
- Demonstrate leadership to influence clinical and operational results.
