Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, at least 1 year of dialysis experience, and current BLS certification. The position serves Broward, Palm Beach and Dade, with six-figure pay and comprehensive benefits.

Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Director - Dialysis (DIA) – Full-Time to join their clinical team.

Responsibilities:

The Dialysis Nurse Director ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

Supports, implements and ensures compliance with all HWS/Hospital and regulatory/accrediting agency standards, regulations and policies and procedures.

Ensures accuracy, timeliness and completeness of documentation and work performed per Hospital policy.

Utilizes appropriate resources and hospital policies as the “standard of care” for positive patient outcomes.

Performs position specific job functions at an acceptable level with minimal direction. Primary responsibilities for a Dialysis Nurse Manager encompasses but not intended to be all-inclusive of:
