Genesiscareers in Camp Hill, PA is seeking Registered Nurses for full-time or part-time roles in long-term care. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for part-time.

We provide hands-on training and opportunities for growth within a supportive team. You will perform nursing assessments, develop plans of care, administer medications, delegate tasks, and communicate with patients, families, and staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Responsibilities

Change the lives of our patients/residents and at the same time enjoy the rewards of fully knowing your patients/residents and their families as a Registered Nurse - RN. You will provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.
