Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Dialysis Program in Baltimore. The RN will provide specialized care for end-stage renal disease patients, oversee clinical care during 10-hour shifts, and direct staff to deliver prompt, state-of-the-art treatments in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Maryland RN license, have at least two years of clinical nursing experience (including med-surg/critical care or emergency care), and possess BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN license; compact licensure preferred.
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience, including 12 months in med-surg, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association; CNN or CDN preferred.
• Supervisory experience and willingness to lead a team.
• Completion of CMS-approved training for water treatment system operation.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and specific hospital applications within 60 days of employment.
