• Teamwork: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to conduct patient assessments and develop care plans. Ensure staffing requirements are met in accordance with regulations under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and Administrator.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to maintain high standards of care.
