The Registered Dialysis Nurse will provide care across the age spectrum, coordinating with patients, families, and the care team to deliver high-quality dialysis services. Responsibilities include planning, directing and evaluating patient care while supervising staff as needed.

Ideal candidates hold Texas RN licensure, a nursing diploma, and BLS with readiness to begin within 14 days. This role is based in Amarillo, TX and is cell-based within the dialysis unit.

Formación

• High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current License to practice as a registered nurse in Texas.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate patient care for patients of all ages.
• Coordinate, delegate, and provide direct nursing care with patients, family, and care team.
• Provide supervision for patient team members according to training and patient acuity.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Dialysis Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating patient care of patients of all ages, pediatric to geriatric.
• The RN coordinates, delegates, and provides direct nursing care for patients by working cooperatively with patients, family members, and all patient care team members.
• The RN provides supervision for patient team members in accordance with their level of training and the patient’s acuity.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current License to practice as a registered nurse in Texas.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Previous experience providing nursing care to patients on acute dialysis.
