Your Experience Matters

What we’re looking for:

Education & Licensure: Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required and can produce a valid Washington State RN license. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience: At least three years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.

Additional Skill Requirements: Demonstrate exceptional crisis management and time management skills. Showcase your flexibility and creativity with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Exhibit a calm, organized, and professional demeanor even in stressful situations.

Compensation

This is a full-time role; the expected base compensation ranges from $48.00 - $55.00 hourly + MONTHLY BONUS OPPORTUNITY + GENEROUS SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level.

Compensation breakdown:

• Days: $48.00 - $55.00/hr
• Weekend Days: $53.00 - $60.00/hr (includes shift differential)
