Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of an RN in our facility is to provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain high-quality care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise CNA and nursing staff daily activities
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Conduct evaluations and provide feedback
• Participate in care planning and resident discharge processes
