Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join care initiatives across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. Full-Time or Part-Time Day shifts 6AM-2PM, with competitive wage and shift differentials, and a chance to make a difference every day.

You will provide direct nursing care, support daily unit operations, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and physicians to ensure high-quality care and regulatory

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing and Iowa license activation ability.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Empathy, respect, patience, and discretion in care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and other interdisciplinary team members to promote teamwork and high-quality care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care accurately to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.
