Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time, daytime shifts across our skilled nursing communities. You will provide direct nursing care, support clinical operations, and administer medications while ensuring resident safety.

The role emphasizes collaboration with CNAs, LPNs, and providers, effective communication with residents and families, and strict adherence to infection control and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
