Qualifications

• At least three years in a psychiatric healthcare facility.

Your Experience Matters

• Education & Licensure: Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program and hold a valid Washington State RN license; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: At least three years in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
• Additional Skills: Exceptional crisis and time management skills; flexibility and creativity in handling multiple tasks; calm, organized, professional demeanor in stressful situations.

Compensation

This is a full‑time role; expected compensation is $40.00 – $55.00 hourly plus up to $9,000 retention bonus annually. Consideration will be based on experience and skill level.
