Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities. You will provide direct nursing care, support clinical operations, and help ensure resident safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires an Iowa RN license and CPR certification, a commitment to empathy and teamwork, and the ability to document care accurately while complying with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing in Iowa and ability to activate.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• A strong commitment to empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and other team members to promote high-quality care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities:
