Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting. You will uphold safety, monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include documenting care, adhering to infection control and regulatory standards, and communicating with residents and families. A valid Iowa RN license and CPR are required, with opportunities across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing (state Iowa) or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• Strong commitment to empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.

• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care accurately to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.
