Landmark Hospitals in Joplin, MO is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the Day Shift on a 3x12-hour schedule. New competitive hourly rates and a sign-on bonus are available.

You will work in a vibrant critical care atmosphere, collaborating with physicians and teams to provide compassionate care to medically complex patients and their families.

Qualifications

• MO (or compact) RN license required or in process.
• BLS and ACLS certification required (ACLS within 60 days).
• Ability to assess patients quickly in emergencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Landmark Hospitals is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for our Day Shift at the Joplin, MO location! (Night shift schedules also available)
New competitive hourly rates and sign-on bonus available.

Up to $15,000 sign on bonus, depending on your experience!

Shifts Available:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts

RN Responsibilities:

• Providing care for patients and management of their conditions, with regard to vital signs and lab work
• Collaborating with Physicians and various disciplines within the hospital in order to manage patient care
• Assisting the medical staff with in-house procedures
• Interacting and communicating with patient family members

RN Qualifications:

• Valid RN License in the state of MO or Compact RN License
• BLS and ACLS certification (BLS required to start, ACLS required within 60 days of hire)
• Ability to assess patients quickly in emergency situations in a stressful environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Superior analytical and critical thinking skills
