Job summary

West Point Community Living Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, dayshift role on-site in West Point, MS. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and coordinate with physicians and families to ensure safe, compassionate care.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required.
• BLS license required.
• Full-time position, days 7am–7pm on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration and ADL care as ordered.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during tour of duty on the assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required.

Full time |Days: 7am to 7pm

Registered Nurse ( RN ) duties include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice)


• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure resident/patients receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies


• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status


• Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.


• Other tasks as required
