We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at The Lodge at Mills River. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with medical professionals, and ensure the well-being of our patients. Employment Types for Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
- 7am-7pm: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
- 7pm-7am: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
Key Responsibilities of Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians as needed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff
- Educating patients and families on treatment plans and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications & Skills of Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
