Advantage Nursing Services in Granite City, IL is seeking Homecare Nurses for day shifts (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm). Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available immediately, with flexible schedules and weekly pay.

You will provide one-on-one nursing care in patients\' homes according to physician care plans, monitor conditions, record vitals, assist daily activities, and offer caregiver relief. Active IL nursing license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active IL Nursing License required.
• Current CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
