Job summary

The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community, is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. The shift is 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM with pay of $40-$46/hr (DOE).

Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents while upholding our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. A day in the life may include ensuring a safe environment, performing comprehensive nursing evaluations, initiating care plans, and coordinating assignments with the care team to uphold resident

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiate plans of care and supervise resident care.
• Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and maintain accountability.

The Terraces of Boise, one of several HumanGood communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a \"Best Nursing Home 2026\" is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team.

** Full-time ** 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM ** $40-$46/hr. (DOE)

Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our \"Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.\" A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm


• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments


• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care


• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license


• Current CPR certification


• Current/Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care is preferred
