Renaissance Terrace is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in a role focused on delivering high-quality nursing care and compassionate support for residents. The RN will administer medications, perform treatments, and work within the care plan to meet each resident's needs.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration and ADL support as ordered by physician.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with residents, family, physicians and supervisor about resident status.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Perform other tasks as required.
