Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
• Provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles.
• Assess patient data, interpret information, and identify patient requirements relative to age-specific needs.
• Develop, modify, and implement patient care plans in accordance with HHS standards and policies.
• Adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Registered Nurse Program
• Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certified
• National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certified
