Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a CVICU position in a 24-bed unit in California. The role requires a California RN license (BLS) with ACLS within three months, and willingness to work nights in a high-acuity setting.

A BSN is preferred, with emphasis on cardiothoracic/vascular care and teamwork. Responsibilities include delivering multidisciplinary care, collaborating with a team of physicians, therapists, case managers, and pharmacists, and creating individualized care plans

Qualifications

• RN licensed in California; BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 3 months of employment.
• Experience with cardiothoracic/vascular patients is desirable.

• Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, multidisciplinary patient care; collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, case managers, and pharmacists; integrate team efforts into individualized care plans.
• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Valid California RN license; BLS certification; ACLS certification within three months of employment; experience demonstrating novice or advanced beginner proficiency.
