Atrium Health Pineville is seeking a skilled RN to join the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) team. The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care for post-operative CABG and valve patients, advanced heart failure management, and complex interventions.

You will use evidence-based practice and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for cardiac patients in a 16-bed unit.

Qualifications

• RN license required.

Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) - 16 Beds

Post-operative CABG's and valves, advanced heart failure including Swan-Ganz catheters, Impella, IABP, extended therapy dialysis with Tablo, STEMI, EKOS, Post Inari, ECMO cannulation.

What You'll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
