This full-time role features a 12-hour night shift with a rotating schedule and a two- or six-week rotation option.

• Administer medications and perform essential procedures in the CVICU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions.

This position will be located at our Regional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd.

Schedule: Night shift or a rotating schedule, available in 2-week or 6-week rotations.

What to expect:

• Work in a 10-bed unit with advancedtechnology and a highly skilled team, specializing in major cardiac surgeries and complex cardiovascular conditions.

• Care for patients recovering from intricate cardiac procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), heart valve surgery, and aortic surgery.

• Deliver specialized care with expertise, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered approaches in our state-of-the-art intensive care unit.

• Administer medications and perform essential procedures to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide patient education and support to enhance health and wellness.

• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure a smooth transition for patients.

• Contribute to a tight-knit team with strong leadership, a supportive environment, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable).
