Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our ICU team, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, educating and evaluating a designated group of patients in accordance with Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Degree with RN licensure in Missouri.
• 1-2 years ICU experience required; CVICU preferred.
• ECMO, Impella, IABP, CRRT experience preferred.
• Promotes teamwork and patient education per hospital standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Manages supplies and equipment for the unit.
• Promotes teamwork across healthcare professionals.

Position Summary:

Performs the primary function of a Registered Nurse assessing, planning, implementing, educating and evaluating a designated group of patients in accordance with all established Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies. Responsible for managing all assigned supplies and equipment on the unit. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Nursing Degree

Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri

Experience: 1-2 years of ICU experience required. CVICU preferred. ECMO, impella, IABP, CRRT experience preferred.
