Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake, IA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Critical Care Unit. The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across adult and pediatric populations in a fast-paced CCU setting.

Expect rotating day/evening/night shifts with weekends/holidays. Eligible for a $5,000 new hire sign-on bonus; Student Loan Repayment, PTO from day 1, and a positive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in nursing.
• Six months RN experience in critical care.
• One year experience with cardiac monitoring preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS within 1 year of employment.
• Basic Coronary Care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement patient care for all ages in the Critical Care Unit.
• Perform ongoing assessments and triage patients as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safety and quality care.
• Document care and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Six months RN experience required to work in the Critical Care Department. One-year experience with cardiac monitoring is preferred.**CERTIFICATION and LICENSURE**Current Iowa RN license. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Adult/Child Abuse Mandatory Reporting within 1 year of employment.
