The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare system to hire Registered Nurses for a high‑acuity Critical Care / Step‑Down Unit. This unit cares for a complex patient population including cardiothoracic, post‑surgical, and telemetry patients—offering exposure to ICU‑level skills in a structured, team‑driven environment.
