MidState Medical Center, part of Hartford HealthCare, is hiring ICU Registered Nurses across multiple shifts. Nurses will practice at the top of their license, using research and evidence-based care, with RN residency opportunities and clinical instruction.

We offer student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement for colleagues and dependents, strong mental health programs, no mandatory rotations, onsite parking and uniform stipends. Connecticut RN license required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License required within 90 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• ASN/BSN
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• One-year recent Acute Care RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU nursing care using evidence-based practices.
• Participate in ICU Nurse Residency and clinical instruction.
• Support patient and family education as part of care.
