Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK, seeks a part-time day shift Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Float Pool. The RN will provide bedside care across med-surg and critical care units, adapting to patient needs while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

  • Two to three years of critical care experience.
  • Two-year associate degree.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
  • Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
  • The Registered Nurse (RN) must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the needs of the patient served on each of the medical surgical units including all med‑surg units and rehab.
  • The RN is to plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care as described in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
  • The RN candidate is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act as well as other regulatory and accrediting organizations including CMS and TJC.
