Fairview Health Services seeks a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Float Pool at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN. The RN will float to ICU and ED, with opportunities to cover Cardiac Telemetry, Surgical, Orthopedic, Medical, Observation, and Oncology units as needed.
This .6 FTE position offers 12-hour day shifts with every third weekend. Starting pay is $44.68/hr, with weekend/night/float pool differentials, and higher rates for RN experience or higher degrees.
Fairview is looking for a Registered Nurse on our Critical Care Float Pool at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN. As a Critical Care Float Pool RN, you will float to the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department. In a less frequent capacity you may float to Cardiac Telemetry, Surgical, Orthopedic, Medical, Observation, and Oncology. You may have additional opportunity to cross train in more areas if needs dictate.
This position is a .6 FTE (48 hours per 2-week pay period) working 12-hour day shifts, with every third weekend rotation.
The starting base rate of pay for the position is $44.68 per hour. Candidates with RN experience or higher degree may be brought in at a higher rate of pay. There are also shift differentials:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.
