Job Specifics:

The RN Triage team is comprised of both onsite and remote working RNs across three shifts who triage patient symptoms and concerns by using evidence-based protocols and practices.

• Location: 2020 S. Webster Ave., Green Bay, WI 54301
• FTE Status: Full-time, 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week)
• Work Schedule: PMs, 3:00-11:30 pm (8-hour shift) with rotating weekend and holiday schedule.
• Opportunity to work remote aftertraining & leader sign off (6-9 months)

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
