Registered Nurse (RN-CN1) PACU, ONA, Nights, 1900-0730


UC Health is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the PACU department for the night shift; hours are 7:00 PM-7:30 AM at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

This 30-bed Post Anesthesia Care Unit specializes in Phase 1 recovery for general anesthesia cases throughout the hospital. As the region's only Level 1 academic trauma center, we handle complex neuro, ENT, and trauma cases. Other surgeries include Cath Lab/EP, IR, and ICU-level care patients. Phase 1 recovery focuses on airway management, breathing, hemodynamic stability, and pain control.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school
  • Minimum Associate Degree; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Current Ohio RN License
  • BLS/ACLS certifications
  • At least 2 years ICU, PACU, or ED experience
