Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor in New Orleans to lead a skilled nursing team and ensure exceptional patient care. The role focuses on staffing, performance, and delivering extraordinary service in a busy hospital setting.

You will manage daily operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with care teams to improve outcomes while maintaining a compassionate approach to patients and families. This is a full-time, on-site position in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• BSN required from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana RN license to practice.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• 1 year of nursing experience in relevant specialty area.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• 50% or more time spent with direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for shifts and units.
