The role supports Nursing Strategic Plans, Relationship-Based Care and Shared Leadership. A BSN is required; 1-3 years of clinical nurse practice is expected; Virginia RN licensure, ANCC certification within 1.5 years and CPR/BLS

• RN license - Virginia Department of Health Professions Nursing (Required).
• ANCC Nursing Professional Development Certification within 1-1/2 years (Required).

Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.

This position will specifically support bedside education needed in our ICU.
