Major Responsibilities

Clinical Education

• Support educational needs, including classroom and clinical experiences.
• Implement comprehensive education programs for orientation and professional development.
• Ensure programs meet standards and stay current with research.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to preceptors and nurse residents.
• Participate in continuing education activities and policy development.

Peri-Operative Services

• Support services such as Anesthesia, Endo, Sterile Processing, Radiology/IR/Neuro IR, Pt Transporters.
• Manage projects like Crash Cart, Moderate Sedation, Ortho Program, Malignant Hyperthermia.

All duties must align with Tenet Healthcare standards.

Qualifications
