Pay range for this position is $30.11 - $43.84/hour, based on years of licensure. This is an hourly position.

Overview

Sign-On Bonus Eligible!

$5,000 for external RNs and New Grads (internal/external). OSF invests in you from Day 1! Registered Nurses with 5+ years of experience will receive a bonus of 24 hours of Vacation/Holiday Time Off frontloaded on the first day, in addition to our generous Time Off plans.

Position Summary

The registered nurse protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of licensure. They collaborate with providers and the multidisciplinary care team to provide care coordination across the continuum, assess and support physical symptoms, provide psychological support to patients, families, and friends, mentor team members, promote best practices, and maintain professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

Required: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in Illinois or Michigan, BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred: BSN degree, 6 months experience as an RN in a healthcare environment, basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications.
